My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Manage Add-Ons
Here's how to manage add-ons (Verizon Cloud, Block Caller ID, etc.) via the My Verizon app (prepaid).
- App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70, $75 and $80 smartphone plans.
- Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
- Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).
- From the Home screen tap theMy Verizon appor navigate: .If needed, Download & Install the My Verizon App.
- Tap theMenu icon
(upper-left) then tap
Account. - If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tapSign in.If you forgot the account password tapForgot.
- TapAdd-Onsthen do one of the following:Changes to these items may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
- To add new Add-Ons:
- TapAdd.
- If prompted, tapI agree to the Terms and Conditionsthen tapPurchase.
- TapConfirm.
- To remove Add-Ons:
- TapRemove.For the Verizon Cloud feature, tap .
- TapConfirm.
