My Verizon App - Android and Apple iOS - Download and Install
Here's how to download and install the My Verizon app to your Android or Apple device.
To download the My Verizon app, select one of the following:
- AndroidSupported on smartphones and tablets running 7.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
- iOSSupported on iPhones® and iPads® running iOS 14.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to sign in and manage your account.
Android
- The My Verizon app is usually pre-installed on the device; navigate: .
- If the app is uninstalled, follow the instructions below:
- From a Home screen, tapPlay Store

May need to navigate: .To access the Google Play™ Store, a Gmail™ account is required.If presented, review the Google Play Terms of Service then tapAcceptto continue. - Tap theGoogle Play search bar(at the top) then enter and select theMy Verizon app.
- TapInstall.
- To open the app, tapOpen.To exit without launching the app, tap theHome icon(at the bottom).
iOS

- Requires iOS 14.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
- From a Home screen, tapApp Store

- TapSearch(at the top) to enter "My Verizon app" then tapSearch.
- Tap 'Get' or the 'Cloud Download' icon.
- If prompted, tapInstall.
- If prompted, tapUse Existing Apple ID.An Apple ID is required for app downloads; it's the email address associated with the account.If you have Face ID enabled, double-tap theSide buttonthen look at your screen to verify purchase.
- Enter the Apple ID and password then tapOK.The My Verizon app is downloaded to the Home screen.
