Verizon Smart Family - Accept Child Pickup Request

Here's how to accept a child's request to be picked up via the Verizon Smart Family app on your device.
  • To perform the steps below, you need to:
    • ensure the parent and child devices are paired.
    • ensure location sharing is on.
    • ensure GPS is enabled on the device to be located.
      If necessary, refer to the device's user manual for instructions.
  1. From the Smart Family™ parent app, tap the
    location tab
     (bottom menu).
  2. From the pickup request, tap
    Accept
    .
    The child is notified that their request has been accepted.
  3. Tap
    Directions
     to receive navigation instructions to your child's pickup location.
