Verizon Smart Family - Access App

Here's how to access the Smart Family or Companion app on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Smart Family™ app
     : Allows a parent to manage, monitor, locate or control their child's device using a smartphone or tablet.

  • Companion app
     : Must be installed and paired on the child device to allow the parent to set up content filters, use location services or pause internet features.

From a Home or Apps screen, tap Smart Family or Companion.
If not available, ensure the parent app or companion app is installed.
If necessary, sign in using your My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
