Verizon Cloud - Website - Import Contacts

Here's how to import contacts via the Verizon Cloud website.

  • Only compatible info is synced to the device.
  • Some special characters in the contact info may not translate correctly.
  • Online content (including social media) or content on external hard drives and/or backup servers should be transferred to your computer from the appropriate service first.
    When downloading content from a third-party provider or platform, reach out to their support staff for assistance exporting content.
  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    Verizon Cloud
    .
  3. From the 'Verizon Cloud' section, click
    Manage
    .
  4. Click
    Access Verizon Cloud
    .
  5. From the 'How to access Verizon Cloud' page, click
    Verizon Cloud web portal
     (in the 'Access my Cloud' section).
  6. Click
    Contacts
    .
  7. Click the
    Import icon
    .
    Click the Import Icon
  8. Click
    Choose file
    .
  9. Navigate to then select the contact file.
    Click the appropriate file
  10. Click
    Open
    .
  11. Click
    Import to confirm
    .
  12. Click
    OK
    .
