Verizon Cloud - Website - Export Contacts

Here's how to export contacts via the Verizon Cloud website.

  • Only compatible info is synced to the device.
  • Some special characters in the contact info may not translate correctly.
  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    Verizon Cloud
    .
  3. From the 'Verizon Cloud' section, click
    Manage
    .
  4. Click
    Access Verizon Cloud
    .
  5. From the 'How to access Verizon Cloud' page, click
    Verizon Cloud web portal
     (in the 'Access my Cloud' section).
  6. Click
    Contacts
    .
  7. Select the appropriate contacts.
    Select all contacts by clicking
    Select All
     (upper-left).
    Select All is replaced by the number of contacts selected when contact(s) are selected.
    Contact is selected when a checkmark is present.
    Select the appropriate contacts
  8. Click the
    Export icon
    .
    Click the Export icon
  9. Select an option:
    • Outlook CSV
    • CSV
    • vCard
  10. Enter a name for the file then click
    Export
    .
  11. Click
    Save as
    , navigate to the intended storage location then click
    Save
    .
    Depending on browser settings, file may automatically save to a predetermined location.
    Click Save
