Verizon Cloud - Desktop App - Download Media

Here's how to download photos or videos from your Cloud account using the Verizon Cloud desktop app.
  1. If necessary, download the Verizon Cloud desktop app on your Windows® computer or Mac®:
  2. Open the Verizon Cloud desktop app using one of the following methods:
    • Click the
      Cloud icon
       Cloud icon in the system tray (lower-right, Windows) or menu bar (upper-right, Mac).
    • Search for
      Verizon Cloud
       in your apps list.
  3. Click the
    Home icon
     Home icon to access your library then click the desired file to open its detail view.
  4. Click the
    Download icon
     Download icon below the detail view.
    Files are stored in your computer's Downloads folder.
    Currently it isn't possible to download multiple files at a time using the desktop app. Refer to the following for instructions on downloading multiple files via the Cloud website:
