Verizon Cloud - Website - Windows - Download Media

Here's how to upload, download and manage your media and documents via the Verizon Cloud website on your Windows computer.
If downloading a large amount of content via the Cloud website, your login session may expire while downloading and cause the resulting .zip file to be unusable. It is recommended to use the Cloud desktop app in these cases.
Media can also be downloaded via Macintosh® Computers.
  1. From a web browser on a computer, sign in to My Verizon.
  2. Navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    Verizon Cloud
    .
  3. Click
    Access Verizon Cloud
    .
  4. From the 'How to access Verizon Cloud' page, click
    Cloud web portal
     (in the 'Access my cloud' section).
  5. Review the Terms and Conditions then click
    I Agree
     to continue.
  6. Click the appropriate tab:
    • Photos & Videos
    • Music
    • Documents
    Click a Tab
  7. Select the file(s):
    • Photos & Videos
      1. Select the file(s).
        Click a Picture or Video
        To select all, check the box next to the total number of files.
        Select photos
      2. Click the
        Download icon
        .
        Click the Download Icon
      3. If prompted, click
        OK
        .
    • Music files
      1. Click the
        Multi-select icon
         (upper-right).
        Click the Multi Select icon
      2. Select the file(s) then click the
        Download icon
        .
        Selected when a checkmark is present.
        Click the Download icon
    • Documents
      1. Select the document(s).
        To select all, select (check) the total number of files.
        Click a Document
      2. Click the
        Download icon
        .
        Click the Download icon
  8. Click
    OK
    .
  9. If prompted, navigate:
    Save
    Save as
    Save
    .
    If more than one file is downloaded at a time, all selected files are saved as a .zip file.
