Verizon Cloud - Desktop App - Create / View Favorites

Here's how to mark photos, videos or songs as Favorites in the Verizon Cloud desktop app.
  1. If necessary, download the Verizon Cloud desktop app on your Windows® computer or Mac®:
  2. Open the Verizon Cloud desktop app using one of the following methods:
    • Click the
      Cloud icon
       Cloud icon in the system tray (lower-right, Windows) or menu bar (upper-right, Mac).
    • Search for
      Verizon Cloud
       in your apps list.
  3. From the Home screen or any category in the Library (e.g., Photos & videos, Music), click the
    Favorites icon
     Favorites icon (upper-right) to view favorites.
    To mark an item as a favorite, click the
    Favorite icon
     from its thumbnail in the content library. Items are designated as favorites when the heart is a solid color, or not favorites when the icon is an outline.
