Orbic Myra 5G - Activate / Set Up Device

Here's how to quickly set up your Orbic Myra 5G.
If you need to transfer contacts and media from one device to another, follow these step-by-step instructions before activating your new Orbic® Myra 5G™.
To activate the device on prepaid service, refer to Set up Verizon Prepaid Service.
  1. If powered off, press and hold the
    Power button
     until the device vibrates and Orbic appears then release.
  2. From the 'Hi there' screen, select the appropriate language then tap the

  3. From the 'Phone Activation' screen, tap
    Next
    .
    If prompted, enter the account PIN then follow the on-screen prompts (see Account PIN FAQs for additional info).
    If activating a new phone, ensure the old phone is powered off.

  4. From the 'Set Up Wi-Fi' screen, select a network, enter the password then tap

     to add a Wi-Fi network after setup is complete.

  5. From the 'Copy apps & data', tap
    Next
     to continue.

  6. From the 'Bring your data from' screen, select one of the following:
    If you don't have access to your old device, tap

    • A backup from an Android phone
      Use your old phone to copy data wirelessly.
    • A backup from the cloud
      Sign in with your username & password.
    • An iPhone® device
      Ensure you have your old Android™, iPhone or iPad® device, tap

       then follow the on-screen instructions.

  7. From the 'Google Sign-in' screen, sign in to your Google™ account then tap

     or create a new one.

  8. From the 'Google Services' screen, select the desired options then tap

  9. From the 'Set screen lock' screen, enter a PIN code then tap

  10. From the 'Access your Assistant with Hey Google?' screen, tap

  11. From the 'Anything else' screen, tap an option or tap 'No thanks' to skip.
    Available selections may vary depending on the options previously selected.
  12. From the 'Verizon Services' screen, select the desired services to turn on Switch on or off Switch off then tap
