My Verizon app - Merge Verizon User ID

Here's how to merge your Verizon mobile and home User ID in the My Verizon app.

Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.

If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.

Only the Account Owner can perform these steps. Refer to Account Roles for additional info.

Open the

My Verizon app

Tap the

Account tab

(at the bottom).

If prompted, enter your password, fingerprint or Face ID.

Tap

Edit profile & settings

(at the top).

From the 'Security' section, tap

One Verizon ID

Enter your Home account credentials in the following fields then tap

Confirm

Home User ID

Must be the Home Primary Account Holder

Home Password

Tap

Done

After the successful merge, you still need to sign in to the My Verizon app and the My Fios app separately.
