My Verizon Website - Merge Verizon User ID

Here's how to merge your Verizon mobile and home User ID via the My Verizon website.

Only the Account Owner can perform these steps. Refer to Account Roles for additional info.

From a computer, sign in to My Verizon.

From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:

Account

Account Settings

Security settings

From the 'Security' section, click

Edit

next to One Verizon ID.

From the 'One Verizon ID' section, click

Combine

Enter your Home account credentials in the following fields then click

Confirm

Home User ID

Must be the Home Primary Account Holder

Home Password

Click

Done
