Apple iPad - Add Data or Change Data Plan

Here's how to add to or change your Prepaid data plan on your iPad.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Cellular Data
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  2. If prompted, tap 'Add to Existing Verizon Wireless Account' or 'Account Settings'.
  3. Enter the account email and password then select
    Next
    .
    If the account password has been forgotten, refer to Recover Cellular Data Account Password - Apple iPad for assistance.
  4. Select
    Add Data or Change Plan
    .
  5. Select the plan option.
    Data allowances and costs are not confirmed at this time.
    • Change to xx data per Month for $xxx
    • Change to xx data per Month for $xxx
    • Change to xx data per Month for $xxx
    • Add xx data per Month for $xxx
    • Cancel Plan
      For assistance with canceling a plan, refer to Cancel Cellular Data Plan - Apple iPad.
  6. If the current plan has more than 25 MB remaining, review the Confirm Change Plan details then select
    Next
    .
  7. If the current plan has less than 25 MB remaining, review the Confirm Change Plan details then select
    Next
    .
  8. Verify the Payment Summary information then select
    Submit
    .
    • Payment and Billing information
    • Confirmation email address
    • Cellular Data plan
  9. Review the Terms of Service then select
    Agree
