Apple iPad - Recover Cellular Data Account Password

If you've forgotten the password for your iPad's cellular data account, view this info.
  1. From the Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Cellular Data
    Manage Verizon Account
    .
  2. From the Login Information screen, tap
    Forgot Password
    .
  3. Enter the required verification info then select
    Next
    .
    • Last 4 digits of credit card
    • Billing ZIP code
  4. Select
    OK
    .
    An email with a temporary password is sent to the address on file.
  5. Enter the new password.
  6. Re-enter the new password to verify then tap
    Next
