Here's how to allow your TCL 40 XE 5G to auto switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to preserve a consistent data connection.
When connected to the Verizon cellular network, data overage charges may apply (depending upon data plan). For data usage info, refer to the My Verizon website.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Tap
    Wi-Fi preferences
    .
  4. Tap the
    Avoid bad Wi-Fi connections switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
