Google Pixel Watch - Replace Existing Device

Here's how to activate your Pixel Watch If you've recently replaced your watch or have reset the network settings.
  • The steps below only apply when a Google smartwatch has been replaced.
    If this Pixel Watch is the first device to share this number and has never been active with Verizon service, refer to Activate / Set Up Device.
    If you're pairing an existing Pixel Watch with a new Android™ smartphone, refer to Connect to New Phone.
  • The Pixel Watch can be set up via Number Share.
    To set up with Number Share, the companion smartphone must be activated on the same Verizon account as the Pixel Watch.
  • Before completing the steps below, verify:
  1. Ensure the Pixel Watch is charged and powered on.
    If necessary, tap the watch display to begin.
  2. On your smartphone, tap the

    Reset and unpair watch

  5. If desired select the 'Erase downloaded SIM' switch and tab

  6. From the 'Set up your new watch' screen, tap
    Continue

  7. To continue, from the 'Terms of service' screen, review then tap

  8. From the 'Connect your watch' screen, tap
    Google Pixel Watch
     then if prompted, tap
    Allow
     to approve the necessary permissions.

  9. From the 'Starting pairing' screen, ensure the passkey matches what's displayed on the Pixel Watch then tap

  10. From the 'Sign in to your Google Account' screen, add your Google Account, tap

  11. From the 'Additional legal terms' screen, tap

  13. From the 'Put on your watch' screen, put on your watch as instructed then tap

  14. From the 'Set watch orientation' screen, select desired options then tap

  15. From the 'Learn how to switch bands' screen, tap 'Next' or 'Not now'.

  16. From the 'Fitbit' screen, tap 'Install' or 'Do it later'.

  17. From the 'Talk to your watch' screen, tap 'Set up' or 'Skip'.

  18. From the 'You're almost done!' screen, tap

  19. From the 'Set a lock on your watch' screen, select a lock option for the watch (PIN or pattern) or tap 'Skip'.

  22. From the 'Stay Connect on the go' screen, tap 'Set up' or 'Not now'.

  23. From the 'Connect to Verizon network' screen, select an option or tap 'Not now'.
    If you skip this step, you can add a cellular plan later.
  24. From the 'Setup complete!' screen, tap 'Done' or 'See top features'.
