My Verizon Website - Manage Video Streaming Quality

Here's how to switch between 480p and 720p video streaming quality via the My Verizon website.

Streaming quality:

can also be managed anytime via the My Verizon app.

defaults to 480p.

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.

This process is only available to Account Owners or Managers.

From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Account

My Plan

then select Plan overview.

From the 'Network usage' section, click the

Maximum video streaming quality switch

to turn on On icon

or off

This option is only available on select Unlimited plans.

Restart your device for the change to take effect.

Refer to your device's user manual for restart instructions.
