Here's how to accept an invite to be a Care Smart contact (e.g., Trusted contact, etc.) via the Care Smart app.

Follow the steps below to accept an invite to be a Care Smart contact (e.g., trusted contact, contact) via the Care Smart app.

Before completing the steps below, verify:

the primary caregiver has added a contact.

Open the

Care Smart app

If necessary, install the Care Smart app via the Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®.

From the 'Let's get started' screen, choose one of the following:

Enter your email address and password, then tap

To sign in with a Google account, tap

From the 'Great, you're all set' screen, tap

View invitation

Enter the security code sent to your mobile number then tap

Tap

Accept Invitation
