Care Smart App - Create an Account
Here's how to create an account via the Care Smart app on your Android smartphone or iPhone.
- Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

Your Email Address
- Open theCare Smart app.
- TapGet started.
- TapCreate account.
- TapSign up with email.
- Enter your mobile number then tapSubmit.
- Verify your mobile number by entering the six digit verification code then tapSubmit.
- Enter your personal info and password then tapNext.For Numbershare mobile, select 'Pairing watch for self' and for a Standalone plan, select 'Pairing watch for someone else'.
Sign in with Android Smartphones
- Open theCare Smart app.
- TapGet started.
- TapCreate account.
- TapSign in with Google.
- Select one of the following:
- Existing Google Account
- Add another account
- Enter your mobile number then tapSubmit.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number then tapSubmit.
- Enter your personal info and password then tapNext.For Numbershare mobile, select 'Pairing watch for self' and for a Standalone plan, select 'Pairing watch for someone else'.
Sign in with Apple
- Open theCare Smart app.
- TapGet started.
- TapCreate account.
- TapSign in with Appleto log in.
- From the 'Sign in' pop up, confirm your Apple ID then tapContinue.
- Enter your mobile number then tapSubmit.
- Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number then tapSubmit.
- Enter your personal info and password then tapNext.For Numbershare mobile, select 'Pairing watch for self' and for a Standalone plan, select 'Pairing watch for someone else'.
