Here's how to delete the eSIM profile from your razr if you need to obtain a new one (e.g., changed your phone number, etc.).
The motorola razr comes with a preconfigured eSIM (embedded SIM) profile and doesn't use a physical SIM card. You'll need to obtain a new eSIM profile from Verizon if the preconfigured profile is deleted, or the phone is reset and eSIM profile data is lost.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Tap
    Advanced
     .
  4. Tap
    Erase SIM
     then tap
    Erase
     to confirm.
    The steps above apply to devices running Software Update 2 (released 5/13/2020) and later. If your razr is running an old version and you're unable to update to the current version, perform the following steps to continue:
    1. Tap
      Carrier
      .
      The active eSIM profile displays 'Enabled'. Inactive profiles are listed under 'Available carriers'.
    2. Tap the
      Settings icon
       next to the profile to be deleted then tap
      Delete
      .
      When the 'Delete carrier?' prompt appears, tap
      Delete
       to confirm.
