Manage Verizon Cloud as a Non-Verizon Customer

Here's helpful info about Verizon Cloud for non-Verizon customers (Cloud OTT).
Check out these Verizon Cloud FAQs to learn more.
Verizon Cloud is available to non-Verizon customers.  However, Verizon customers on a postpaid or prepaid account with a Verizon Cloud account can also complete their profile to ensure that they can use their Cloud account even after they have moved to another carrier.

Verizon Cloud Requirements

Customers who are moving their Verizon wireless phone number to another carrier and wish to continue accessing their Verizon Cloud content must prepare their Cloud account with a new profile before initiating the port process with the other carrier. The new profile is required in order for Verizon to contact you with instructions for reactivating your Cloud account and stored content under your new profile. Verizon archives content for 30 days after a Cloud account is disconnected from a Verizon wireless phone number, so it is critical you take this important step if you are considering moving to a different carrier.
  1. To prepare your Verizon Cloud account prior to moving to another carrier, open the Verizon Cloud app on your device and create or update your profile before canceling service with Verizon. Creating or updating your profile consists of verifying your email address, creating a Cloud user ID and password, and establishing a security question/answer.
If necessary, select your device type to view instructions:
If a Verizon Cloud profile was created before canceling service with Verizon, the user receives an email to reactivate Verizon Cloud. Archived Cloud content is available for exactly 30 days from the moment when the original Cloud account was deactivated, not necessarily the time the line ported to the new carrier.
