Verizon Cloud - Android - Create a Profile

Here's how to create your profile in Verizon Cloud on your Android device.
A profile can be created via pop-up message or through the app menu on an Android™ device.

Create from the Pop-up Message

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
     .
  2. If prompted, tap
    Register
    .
    If you don't receive the pop-up message, navigate through the Menu.
  3. Enter an email address then tap
    Continue
    .
  4. If prompted, complete the CAPTCHA steps then tap
    VERIFY
    .
  5. Enter a PIN then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.
  7. Enter a Password, confirm the Password then tap
    Done
    .
    The password must contain:
    • 8-20 characters
    • 1 letter
    • 1 number
    • no commonly used words that are easy to guess (e.g., "password", etc.
  8. Tap
    OK
    .

Create from the App Menu

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
     .
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon (upper-right)
  3. Tap
    My Account
    .
  4. Tap
    Complete My Profile
    .
  5. Enter an email address then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Enter the PIN from the email then tap
    Continue
    .
  7. Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.
    The User ID must be at least 6 characters long.
  8. Enter a password and confirm the password then tap
    Done
    .
    The password must contain:
    • 8-20 characters
    • 1 letter
    • 1 number
    • no commonly used words that are easy to guess (e.g., "password", etc.
  9. Tap
    OK
