Verizon Cloud - Apple iOS- Create a Profile

Here's how to create a profile when using Verizon Cloud on your Apple iPhone or iPad.
A profile can be created via pop-up message or through the app menu on an Apple® iPhone® or iPad®:

Create from the Pop-up Message

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
     .
  2. If prompted, tap
    Register
    .
    If you don't receive the pop-up message, navigate through the Menu.
  3. Enter an email address then tap
    Continue
    ,
  4. If prompted, complete the CAPTCHA steps then tap
    VERIFY
    .
  5. Enter the PIN provided in the verification email then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.
    The User ID must be at least 6 characters long.
  7. Enter a Password, confirm the Password then tap
    Done
    .
    The password must have:
    • 8 - 20 characters
    • 1 letter
    • 1 number
    • no commonly used words that are easy to guess (e.g., "password", etc.).
  8. Tap
    OK
    .

Create from the App Menu

  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Settings icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    My Account
    .
  4. Tap
    Complete My Profile
    .
  5. Enter an email address then tap
    Continue
    .
  6. Enter the PIN provided in the verification email then tap
    Continue
    .
  7. Enter a User ID and Greeting Name.
    The User ID must be at least 6 characters long.
  8. Enter a Password, confirm the Password then tap
    Done
    .
    The password must have:
