Verizon Smart Family - Remove Purchase Limits
Here's how to remove purchase limits from a child device via the Smart Family parent app on your device.
To perform the steps below, you need to:
- ensure the Smart Family™ app is installed on the parent device.
- sign in to the app using a My Verizon user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
- ensure the child device is powered off prior to adding or removing limits.
- From the Smart Family parent app, tap theFamily Profiles tab(bottom menu).
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapRestrict usage.
- TapPurchase limits.
- TapRemove limit(bottom).
