Sign Up for Share Name ID - My Verizon Website

Here's how to sign up for Share Name ID from the My Verizon website.

You must be signed in as an Account Owner or Manager to sign up for the service.

From a computer, sign into My Verizon.

From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Account

Services & perks

If accessing from a mobile browser, select the

Menu icon

(upper-right) then navigate:

Account

Services & perks

Select Services & perks overview then do one of the following:

If no lines on the account have Share Name ID:

From the 'Mobile' section, select

See All

From the 'Share Name ID' section, select

Select

Get it now

(upper-right).

If any line on the account has Share Name ID:

From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, select

See All

From the 'Share Name ID' section, select

Manage

Select

Enroll

to the right of the desired mobile number then do one of the following:

To only enroll the chosen line, select

Just this line

To enroll additional lines:

Select

Multiple lines

Select the

Share Name ID bubble

for the desired line(s).

Select

Continue

To continue, review the changes, accept the Terms & Conditions then select

Confirm

From the 'You're all set!' screen, select

Add Share Name ID

to customize your outbound caller ID.
