Verizon Cloud - Android - Manage Audio

Here's how to manage your audio files on the Verizon Cloud with your Android device.

  • Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date on your Android™ device, as the steps below apply to the most recent version.
  • Unless a tablet has its own 10-digit mobile number, it's sharing a Verizon Cloud account with another device.
  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
     Verizon Cloud icon.
  2. Tap
    Library
     (at the bottom).
  3. Tap
    Audio
    .
  4. Select a category:
    • Songs
    • Artists
    • Albums
    • Playlists
    • Genres
  5. Do any of the following:
    • To play a single song, navigate to then tap the desired song.
    • To play all songs in a category:
      1. Navigate to the desired location (e.g., artist, album, etc.).
      2. Tap the
        Contextual Menu icon
         Contextual menu icon (upper-right).
      3. Tap
        Play All
        .
    • To remove a song from a playlist:
      1. Tap the
        Playlists category
         (at the top) then select a playlist.
      2. Tap the
        Contextual Menu icon
         (upper-right).
      3. Tap
        Select Songs
        .
      4. Select the desired song(s) then tap the
        Contextual Menu icon
        .
        Songs are selected when a checkmark appears.
      5. Tap
        Remove from Playlist
        .
      6. When prompted with 'Remove from Playlist', tap
        YES
        .
    • To delete a playlist:
      1. Tap the
        Playlists category
         (at the top) then select a playlist.
      2. Tap the
        Contextual Menu icon
         (upper-right).
      3. Tap
        Select Playlists
        .
      4. Select the desired playlist(s) then tap the
        Contextual Menu
        icon
        .
        Playlists are selected when a checkmark appears.
      5. Tap
        Delete
        .
      6. When prompted with 'Delete', tap
        YES
        .
  6. From the Songs category (at the top) tap the
    Contextual Menu icon
     (upper-right) the tap
    Select Songs
    .
  7. Select the desired song(s) then tap the
    Contextual Menu icon
     (upper-right).
    Songs are selected when a checkmark appears.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • To create favorites, tap
      Add to Favorites
      .
    • To download/restore songs to your mobile device, tap
      Download
      .
      Downloaded songs are stored in Internal Storage/Vault/Downloads.
    • To view song info:
      1. Tap
        Info
        .
        Feature is only available if only 1 song is selected.
      2. View song details then tap
        Close
        .
    • To add songs to a playlist:
      1. Tap
        Add to Playlist
        .
      2. Tap the
        Add icon
         Add icon to create a new playlist.
        To add to an existing playlist, tap the desired playlist.
      3. Enter a playlist name then tap
        OK
        .
    • To delete songs:
      1. Tap
        Delete
        .
      2. When prompted with 'Delete', tap
        YES
