My Verizon Website - Turn Off All Usage Alerts

Here's how to manage alerts you receive for data usage via the My Verizon website.

Here's info on managing the alerts you receive for data usage via My Verizon.

This process is only available to Account Owners / Managers and doesn't apply to numbers enrolled in Verizon Smart Family™.

Alerts (notifications) can also be managed via the My Verizon app.

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.

From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Usage

Manage usage alerts

Click the

Dropdown icon

to the right of the desired number.

From the 'Notifications' section, uncheck the desired 'Data usage' option (e.g., Email, SMS, Push).

Notification options vary by device and account role.

From the 'Send alerts when my data usage reaches the selected remaining amount' section, uncheck the desired data percentage (e.g., 0%, 10%, etc).
