My Verizon Website - Reset Voicemail Password

Here's how to change or reset your Voicemail password via the My Verizon website.
This method requires signing in to My Verizon. If you don't have an online account, refer to Register for My Verizon.
  1. From a computer, sign into My Verizon.
  2. From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate:
    Account
    My devices
    Device Overview
    .
    To go directly to device overview, click here.
  3. Click
    Manage
     below the applicable device.
  4. From the 'Settings & Preferences' section, click
    Manage voicemail password
    .
  5. If necessary, click the device then select one of the following options:
    • Create my own password
      Enter the new password into the following fields:
      • Create New Password
      • Confirm New Password
      The password can't have repeating digits (e.g., 1111) or consecutive digits (e.g., 1234).
    • Choose a password for me
  6. Click
    Confirm
