Access Roadside Assistance

Here's how to set up and log in to roadside assistance on your Android device.
To access the Roadside Assistance app from your Android™ or Apple® iPhone® smartphone, the app must be downloaded and installed.
Perform any on the following to access the Roadside Assistance portal:

Android Smartphone

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Apps
     (at the bottom).
    If necessary, swipe up from the center of your display to access the Apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Roadside Assistance
    .
  3. To continue, review the Terms and Conditions then tap
    Accept to Continue
     (at the bottom).
  4. From the 'We need some info to find your benefits.' screen, select the applicable option:
    • Enter your Phone Number then tap
      Continue
      .
    • Tap Continue as
      Guest
      .

Apple iPhone

  1. From the Home screen, tap
    Roadside Assistance
    .
  2. To continue, review the Terms and Conditions then tap
    Accept to Continue
     (at the bottom).
  3. From the 'We need some info to find your benefits.' screen, select the applicable option:
    • Enter your Phone Number then tap
      Continue
      .
    • Tap
      Continue as Guest
      .

Web Browser

  1. Open a web browser on your compatible device (smartphone, laptop, etc.)
