Roadside Assistance - Download and Install App

Here's how to download and install the Roadside Assistance app on your smartphone.
  1. From the Apple® App Store® or the Google Play™ Store search field, enter
    Verizon Roadside Assistance
    .
  2. Tap
    Verizon Roadside Assistance
     then do one of the following:
    • Google Play Store:
      1. Tap
        Install
        .
      2. To open the app, tap
        Open
        .
        To exit without opening the app, tap the
        Home icon
         (at the bottom).
    • Apple App Store
      1. Tap
        Get
        .
      2. Tap 'Get' or the 'Cloud Download' icon.
      3. If prompted, tap
        Install
        .
      4. If prompted, tap
        Use Existing Apple ID
        .
        An Apple ID is required for app downloads; it's the email address associated with the account.
        If you have Face ID enabled, double-tap the
        Side button
         then look at your screen to verify purchase.
      5. Enter the Apple ID and password then tap
        OK
        .
        The Roadside Assistance app is downloaded to the Home screen.
      6. From a Home screen, tap
        Roadside Assistance
        .
