Verizon Smart Family - Add or Remove a Contact to / from the Watchlist

Here's how to add / remove a contact to / from the watchlist via the Smart Family parent app on your device.
  • A notification is received each time your child texts or calls a contact that has been added to the watchlist.
  • To perform the steps below, you need to:
  1. From the Smart Family parent app, tap the
    Family Profiles tab
     (bottom menu).
  2. Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
  3. From the Parental Controls section, tap
    Manage contacts
    .
  4. Tap
    Watchlist contacts
    .
  5. Perform one of the following:
    • To add to the watchlist:
      1. Tap
        Add new watchlist number
        .
      2. Enter the phone number to add.
      3. Tap
        Save
        .
    • To remove from the watchlist, tap the
      Delete icon
      next to the number you want to remove.
