Verizon Smart Family - View Activity

Here's how to view your child's call and/or text activity using the Smart Family parent app on your smartphone or tablet.
To perform the steps below, you need to:

Web & app activity

  1. From the Smart Family parent app, tap the
    Family Profiles tab
     (bottom menu).
  2. Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
  3. From the 'Web & app activity' card, tap
    Details
    .

Calls / Text

  1. Select any of the following tabs to view:
    • Texts
    • Calls
  2. View the activity info.
    If applicable, swipe left or right to view activity for other dates.
