Verizon Cloud - Mac Desktop App - Uninstall and Reinstall

Here's how to remove and re-add the Verizon Cloud desktop app for Mac.
  1. While signed into the Verizon Cloud desktop app, click the
    Cloud icon
     Cloud icon in the menu bar (upper-right).
  2. From the toolbar, navigate:
    Menu Menu icon
    Settings
    .
  3. Click
    About Cloud
    .
  4. Click
    Uninstall Verizon Cloud
    .
    Your user admin password must be entered to complete this step.
  5. If necessary, refer to Verizon Cloud - Mac Desktop App - Download and Install for assistance with reinstalling the app.
