Verizon Cloud - Apple iOS - Manage Settings

Here's how to manage your Verizon Cloud backup settings on your iPhone or iPad.

If you have a prepaid number, you can only sync contacts.

Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date on your Apple® iPhone® or iPad® as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

Open the

Verizon Cloud app

Tap the

Settings icon

(upper-right).

Tap

Upload Settings

then do one of the following:

To specify whether or not Cloud can use your mobile data connection, select an option then tap

Item is selected when a black dot is present.

Wi-Fi and Mobile networks

Data usage may apply.

Wi-Fi Only

To specify what types of content you want Cloud to upload, tap the desired switch to turn on on switch icon
