Verizon Cloud - Apple iOS - Manage Photos / Videos

Here's how to manage photos and videos on Verizon Cloud from your iPhone or iPad.

Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date on your Apple® iPhone® or iPad® as the steps below apply to the most recent version.

Uploading or downloading music and documents to an Apple iOS device with the Verizon Cloud isn't supported.

Open the

Verizon Cloud app

Tap

Library

(at the bottom).

Tap

Photos & videos

If you choose 'All Files' from the menu, you may land on a screen where there is no back or menu button. If so, simply swipe the screen from left to right to access the Verizon Cloud menu.

Select a sorting option (at the top):

All

To change the display option:

Tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right).

Tap

Sort

Tap an option (e.g., Date Modified, Alphabetical, etc.) then tap

Save

(upper-right).

Selected when a black circle is present.

Flashbacks

Flashbacks are pictures that are stored in your Verizon Cloud that are at least a year old.

To view, select

Flashbacks

then tap an image.

Stories

Albums

To delete an album:

Tap the

Contextual Menu icon

Tap

Select

Select the album(s) then tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right).

Album is selected when a checkmark is present.

Tap

Delete

Tap

Yes

To delete photos/videos from an album:

Tap an album.

Tap the

Contextual Menu icon

Tap

Select

Select the picture(s) or video(s) then tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right).

Picture is selected when a checkmark is present.

Tap

Remove from Album

then tap

Yes

to confirm.

From the 'All' or 'Flashbacks' sorting option, tap the

Contextual Menu icon

Tap

Select

Select the desired picture(s) or video(s).

Selected when a checkmark is present.

Tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right) then select one of the following options:

To create a photo collage:

Only available if 2 or more pictures are selected.

Tap

Create Collage

Tap

Edit

(lower-left).

Adjust the image layout.

To change the image layout tap either the left or right arrow.

Remove any unwanted pictures then tap

Done

(upper-right).

The picture is removed from the collage if the checkmark is not highlighted.

Tap

Save

(upper-right) then tap the

Back Arrow

(upper-left).

To edit photos/videos:

Only available if 1 picture or video is selected.

Tap an image to open then tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right.

Edit Photo

Tap an editing option (at the bottom):

Transform

Crop

Rotation

Filters

Adjust

Stickers

Text

Vignette

Edit as desired then tap the

Checkmark icon

(upper-right).

Tap

SAVE

(upper-right) then tap the

Back Arrow

(upper-left).

To view picture/video info,

Tap the

Contextual Menu icon

(upper-right).

Tap

Info

Only available if 1 picture or video is selected.

View the info then tap

To download photos to your mobile device, tap

Download

To add photos/videos to an album:

Tap

Add to Album

Tap

New Album

To add to an existing album, select an album then tap the

checkmark

to confirm the selection.

Enter an album name then tap

Save

To delete photos/videos, tap

Delete

then select an option:

Move to Trash

Permanently Delete Now

To download photos/videos to your mobile device, tap

Download

To add to favorites, tap

Add to Favorites
