Verizon Cloud - Apple iOS - Manage Documents
Here's how to open, download and delete documents and create favorites in Verizon Cloud on your Apple iPhone or iPad.
- Uploading or downloading music and documents to an Apple iOS device with the Verizon Cloud isn't supported.
- Ensure your Verizon Cloud app is up to date on your Apple® iPhone® or iPad® as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
- Open theVerizon Cloud app

- TapLibrary(at the bottom).
- TapDocuments.Documents are displayed in 2 sections, All Documents and Favorites.Favorites are displayed only when a document(s) has been selected as a Favorite.
- Tap theContextual Menu icon
(upper-right).
- TapSelect.
- Select a document then tap theContextual Menu icon.Selected when checkmark present.
- Do one of the following:Options may vary by document(s) selected and Cloud plan.
- To open a document tapOpen.
- To share a document tapSharethen select from the sharing options.
- To download documents, tapDownload.
- To view document info:
- TapInfo.
- View the document details then tapClose.
- To add a document to a shared folder, tapAdd to shared folder.
- To make a document private, tapMake private.
- To delete documents:
- TapDelete.
- TapPermanently Delete Nowto confirm.
- To create favorites, tapAdd to favorites.
- To remove a document from favorites, tapRemove from favorites.
