KYOCERA Phones - Remove eSIM Profile

Here's how to remove an unused eSIM profile from your KYOCERA smartphone.
Currently, the DuraForce PRO 3 supports eSIM on the Verizon network.
  • Removing a cellular plan doesn't cancel your service. To cancel your service, contact your carrier.
  • In order to see the eSIM options, the device must be running the current software version.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    SIMs
    .
  3. Tap the eSIM you want to remove.
    The image below is an example.
    Select eSIM
  4. Tap
    Erase SIM
    (at the bottom).
    If prompted, enter the current PIN, password or pattern then tap
    Continue
    .
  5. Review the info then tap
    Erase
     to confirm.
    If the eSIM profile is removed from the device, you'll need to contact Verizon to have a new eSIM profile reserved.
