SHARP ROUVO V - Set Up Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up fingerprint recognition on your SHARP ROUVO V.
  • A fingerprint is utilized to unlock the device.
  • For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and free of moisture, dirt, oil, lotion, dyes, etc.
  • Up to 5 fingerprints can be registered on the device.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    .
  3. From the 'security' section, tap
    Fingerprint
    .
  4. Review the message then tap
    NEXT
    .
  5. Enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
    If necessary, refer to Enable / Disable / Modify Screen Lock for assistance.
  6. Tap
    Next
    .
  7. Using on-screen prompts as a guide, lightly tap the
    Power button
     multiple times to scan your fingerprint.
  8. When finished, tap DONE if finished or ADD ANOTHER to continue adding fingerprints.
