Windows 11 - Turn Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot On / Off

Here's how to turn Mobile Hotspot for your Windows 11 device on or off.
  • When Mobile Hotspot is turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  • If your device isn't running Windows® 11, refer to the Windows 10 instructions.
  1. From the Windows desktop, navigate:
    Start Start menu icon
    Settings
    Network & internet
     (left-panel).
  2. Tap or click
    Mobile hotspot
    .
  3. Tap or click the
    Mobile hotspot switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch on icon.
