Kyocera DuraForce Ultra 5G UW - Manage Data Usage

Here's how to change the data usage cycle and set data warnings and/or limits on your DuraForce Ultra 5G UW.
  • Data usage info provided by the device may differ from actual usage. For data usage info provided by Verizon Wireless, refer to the My Verizon website.
  • To control data usage on your account, refer to Verizon Smart Family™ .
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Tap
    Data warning & limit
     then do any of the following:
    • Change Data Usage Cycle:
      1. Tap
        Mobile data usage cycle
        .
      2. Set the date to match the first day of your billing cycle then tap
        SET
        .
        Refer to the My Verizon website for billing cycle date.
    • Set Mobile Data Warning
      1. Tap the
        Set data warning switch
         to turn on On switch.
        A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the gray warning line. Tap
        OK
         to acknowledge.
      2. Tap
        Data warning
        .
      3. Enter the desired warning threshold then tap
        SET
        .
    • Set Mobile Data Limit
      Mobile / cellular data is disabled upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the red limit line. To continue use apps that require a data connection (e.g. Browser, Email, etc.), Wi-Fi can be used or the mobile data limit must be manually adjusted (overage charges may apply).
      1. Tap the
        Set data limit switch
         to turn on On switch.
        A notification message appears upon reaching the specified data usage level indicated by the gray warning line. Tap
        OK
         to acknowledge.
      2. Tap
        Data limit

      3. Enter the desired data limit then tap
        SET
        .
