Here's how to allow your Galaxy Note20 5G / Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G to auto-switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to preserve a consistent connection.
When connected to the Verizon cellular network, data overage charges may apply (depending upon data plan). For data usage info, refer to the My Verizon website.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Wi-Fi
    .
  3. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Intelligent Wi-Fi
     (upper-right).
  4. Tap the
    Switch to mobile data switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
