Cancel Apple Music Subscription - My Verizon Website

Here's how to cancel your Apple Music subscription via the My Verizon website.

Only the Account Owner or Manager can perform these steps; here's additional info on account roles.

From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.

From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:

Services & perks

If accessing from a mobile browser, select the

Menu icon

(upper-right) then navigate:

Account

Services & perks

From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, select

See All

From the 'Apple Music' section, select

Manage

Find the desired line then select

Remove

To select multiple lines, select the

Remove bubble

for the desired line(s) then scroll to the bottom of the page and select

Continue

From the 'Review' section, select the 'I accept the Terms and Conditions'

Checkbox

then select

Continue

Select the 'Terms and Conditions'
