OnePlus 8 5G UW - Volume Controls

Here's how to adjust the volume if your OnePlus 8 5G UW doesn't vibrate or play sounds when receiving calls / messages.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Sounds & vibration
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the slider left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure the Do not disturb switch and the Mute all sounds switch is turned off.
    • Call volume
    • Ring & notification volume
      The Ringer switch (right-edge of device) must be enabled to Ring to adjust setting.
    • Alarm volume
    • Media volume
The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the
Volume buttons
 (right edge) up (+) or down (-).
