Care Smart app - Add a Watch

Here's how to add an additional watch via the Care Smart app.

Ensure the Care Smart app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

Open the

Care Smart app

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

Tap

Devices

Tap the

Add a device

icon (upper-right).

Select either 'I will wear the watch' or 'Someone else will wear the watch' then follow the prompts.

Selecting 'I will wear the watch' will prompt to select either 'Verizon Care Smart Watch' or 'Apple Watch'.

Selecting 'Someone else will wear the watch' will prompt to enter the info for the person wearing the watch.
