Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G / Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G - Manage Contactless Payments

Here's how to use the 'Contactless Payments' service with your Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
The 'contactless payments' option manages payment apps and won't include certain apps such as money transfer apps.
  • You can use 'contactless payments' to pay for items just by touching your phone to a reader at a checkout register.
  • If your device doesn't have a payment app, you can browse the Google Play™ Store for payment apps.
  • For the 'contactless payments' option to appear, NFC must be turned on.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    NFC and contactless payments
    .
  3. Ensure the 'NFC and contactless payments' switch (upper-right) is on Switch on.
  4. Tap
    Contactless payments
    .
    All activated wallets are added under the 'Payment' tab.
    If multiple wallets are activated, you can at any point change the default by going to the 'Payment' tab and updating selection.
