Check / Delete Visual Voicemail Messages - Sonim

Here's how to check for Visual Voicemail messages on your Sonim smartphone.

Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.

In order to perform the steps below, Visual Voicemail must be active.

From a Home screen tap the

Phone icon

If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen then tap

Phone

Tap the

Voicemail icon

(lower-right).

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, do any of the following:

Play message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message then tap the Play icon

If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the voicemail (at the top).

To turn the speakerphone on or off, tap the

Speaker icon

(left of the Play icon).

Delete a message

From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message

Tap the

Delete icon

You can also check your voicemail by calling from your device or from another phone.
