Activate Visual Voicemail - Alcatel

Here's how to activate Visual Voicemail on your Alcatel smartphone.
  • Only Basic Voicemail is available for devices active on prepaid plans.
  • If Visual Voicemail is turned off from the Settings screen, messages and Google transcripts within the app are deleted. Copies still saved in your Verizon voicemail box are not affected.
  1. From a Home screen tap
    Phone
     Phone icon.
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. From the options, tap the
    Voicemail icon
     (upper-right).
    If unavailable, navigate:
    Phone
    Menu icon Action overflow icon
    Settings
    Voicemail
     then tap the
    Visual Voicemail switch
     to turn on Switch on.
  3. To continue, from the Visual Voicemail Terms and Conditions screen, review and accept the terms and conditions then tap
