Here's how to manage motion-activated services for your Galaxy S10e / Galaxy S10 / Galaxy S10+.
Motions and gestures settings allow for various motion-activated services.
- From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.

- Select any of the following then tap the switch(es) to turn on

- Lift to wake: Turns the screen on when you pick up your phone.
- Double tap to turn on screen: Turns the screen on when you tap the screen twice.
- Double tap to turn off screen: Double tap an empty space on the Home or Lock screen.
- Keep screen on while viewing: Keep the screen on while you're looking at it.
- Alert when phone picked up: Phone vibrates when you pick it up after missing a call or receiving a message.
- Mute with gestures: Place your hand on the screen while the screen is on to mute calls and alarms.
- Palm swipe to capture: The screen is captured by swiping the edge of your hand across more than half the screen.
