Samsung Galaxy Note9 - Set Date and Time

If your Galaxy Note9 shows the incorrect date and/or time, here's how to correct it.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    General management
    Date and time
    .
  3. Perform one of the following:
    • To use network-provided values, ensure that Automatic date and time is turned on Switch on.
    • To adjust manually, ensure that Automatic date and time is turned off Switch off then:
      1. Tap
        Select time zone
        .
      2. Tap
        Time zone
         then select the appropriate time zone.
      3. Tap the
        Back arrow
         Back icon (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
      4. Tap
        Set date
        .
      5. Select the date then tap
        Done
         (lower-right).
      6. Tap
        Set time
        .
      7. Set the time then tap
        Done
         (lower-right).
  4. If preferred, tap the
    Use 24-hour format switch
     to turn on or off.
