Samsung Galaxy Note9 - Clear App Cache

Here's how to clear cached data if your Galaxy Note9 runs slow, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Menu icon Menu icon
    Show system apps
    .
  4. Tap
    Storage
    .
  5. Tap
    Clear cache
     (lower-right).
    This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data
